There are six critical phases in the continuum of every conversation implementation that must be developed. Each of the following Skill Development Modules gives you a method you can use to develop your skills. By initially imitating these modules, you will then integrate into your own style so you can innovate with clients in the moment as needed.

Each Module is covered in eight weeks with an overview, two sessions for each of three practices, and a review. You, your partners, your team, and your entire company can do one module at at time in any order you prefer or simple go through the full year process. You may also choose to include additional private, partner, or team coaching sessions as needed or extend a module for a better development outcome

These advanced skill development programs are delivered to individuals, partners, teams, and companies in 8 Private, Group, or Team Sessions spread over 8 or 16 weeks.  
We begin with an overview session and end with a completion session. In between, there are six weeks of alternating Scripting & Roleplay Sessions for each practice.  
To support your success, there will be 8 Performance Coaching Sessions that will guide you through the process of developing these natural skills.
