Designing Projects

This practice creates the mission of the project and the specific objectives that once accomplished, fulfill the mission.

it then shows the specific conditions that must be fulfilled in order to even be able take on these key objectives.

This practice then sets the metrics that will be used to measure progress and the strategic milestones in time.

Defining Rules

This practice first determines who the key decision makers will be for the project and any key influencers.

Then it determines who will provide the necessary components to the project and rules of communication and conduct.

This practice puts in place the various considerations and consequences that will accrue to project participants.
