These programs build on the work done in the Building Partnerships Discovery Event. It involves Deep Learning, Dynamic Scripting, and Rigorous Roleplay of each of the three practices in six sessions.

With the scripting process, you will learn how the practices come together. With the roleplay process, you will learn through failure to get really good at delivering and effective partnership conversation.

All you need to do is follow the five steps, then practice them, and over time your natural skills to become more dominant in your conversations with others. This will result in greater partnership a lot more often.

In this process, you will discover how to intentionally access your innate ability to communicate as a trusted advisor on and learn to do it on a more regular basis to build lasting partnerships.
